I recently had my deck replaced and some gardens and a turf area created and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The guys were professional, punctual, and incredibly detail‑oriented from start to finish. They listened to exactly what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, especially when we found rotted wood and my pergola not fastened properly. The workmanship was outstanding, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. My yard looks absolutely amazing now. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality landscaping. We had Total Landscaping do some large landscaping at our older property. We required new retaining walls, drainage, a wider concrete path at the side of our house, along with levelling out our front lawn and re-turfing. Lachlan was extremely patient and professional as we changed the brief a few times before starting the job due to extra suggestions. What we liked was that Lachlan's very detailed quote showed the exact scope of works and included the cost breakdown. The young men who came to do the job under Lachlan's supervision were professional, friendly and worked very hard in the unexpected hot spring weather. They did a great job connecting new drainage to our existing system so that it works beautifully. Can't recommend them highly enough and will have them back if we require further landscaping. Lachlan came out to do a walk through in October, seemed keen enough & said he wanted the job. After numerous times chasing, I'm still yet to receive the quote. I was promised it was being done but in the end, no response to communication whatsoever. I get it's a busy time of year but if you can't do the work or even quote it then I would of appreciated a heads up. Instead, it was just a waste of time for everyone. I've since engaged another company to do the work, who I would of been able to get the works started earlier with than being delayed by waiting for a quote that never eventuated.
