Excellent. Let's face it, Chinese stuff is good, but the quality control is not quite up to Japanese standard. Therefore the only safe way to take advantage of the great Chinese value on offer is to buy through a dealer, so that they can sort out any niggles. We bought a Uforce 600 which had a few little niggles. Nathan and John came and picked it up, sorted it out in a timely manner and returned it to us and now we have an awesome farm tool. I am shocked by the negative reviews as I found the staff to be the strong suit of this company. I can only assume that the staff must be a different lot now as they are as good as it gets. 10 stars!

Purchased a Cub Cadet from them, had a pressed deck which fell apart, so I ask them to order in a new fabricated deck, after a month they still hadn't ordered it in, they just wasted my time so I had to go else were to get my mower working again. Zero customer care.

Mark delivered my new Quad this morning. So very helpful and explain the basic. Super friendly. Nowa as a business l have dealt with since moving to town. Just awesome

if I could leave a lower star I would! We tried to purchase a mower on two occasions, called to get someone to call us back twice the previous week. No one called Went into the shop TWO staff members did not even acknowledge or come and help at all, THEN rang to speak to the owner only to get the worst attitude back and told to basically go away, No apology, no trying to fix the situation and say I’m sorry for the lack of care. To think we were about to spend $8k at a shop that doesn’t care about their customers at all.

Fantastic customer service. Although they were heavily booked with jobs they managed to squeeze me in and get me mowing again. I highly recommend them and their friendly staff.
