Barwon timber has been our main supplier for our construction company for many years now and have always provided an excellent service and products. Extra shoutout to David and Sean who have gone above and beyond to make sure all our needs have been met. Highly recommend!

Barwon timber have supported us as a small residential builder for more than 5 years. They're a wealth of information, stock an extensive range of products and bend over backwards to provide their best service. I have ordered materials online several times. I was once sent expired chemical anchors, but they were replaced a couple of days after I explained the situation, without any stupid questions. For me, that is a sign of a reliable supplier.

Don’t rely on these guys to call you back or follow up on quotes, called Richard several times regarding trying to place an order, never returned our calls and when we finally got in touch with him he had every excuse under the sun, couldn’t tell us if timber could be dressed or cut to specific lengths, not even a definitive time frame… If you need to get a job done, do yourself a favour and do not consider buying from this company

Just had delivery of timber from Barwon Timber - delivery man was an absolute gentleman and there should be more like him. Well done!☺️ About the service from Barwon regarding the delivery appalling service I was told it would be here am - turned up at 2.30pm. Barwon it would suit you better if you communicated with your client and not told them what you think they wanted to hear. Communication keeps the customer happy. I understand your time is important but so is mine.

Needed to get a quote on timber for a DIY job, Handed over my list and the girl on the desk asked lots of good questions to clarify what I wanted etc. Didn't take long to plow through my list. "Email that to you?" no thanks, just tell me the $$. The price was good, so I ordered, I hope I got all the measurements right 🙂 The delivery guy rang to clarify where were are and gave me a time frame for delivery, he was on time. Very helpful, helped with the offloading and even cleaned up his rubbish and took it with him, nice! Good service all round! 🙂
