My partners neighbour bought a load of stones for their garden from Bells. It was full of sand. They complained to the management and were told you would expect to have dust in the stone. Only trouble is the dust is so numerous the neighbours are having to screen their load before use and are getting bucket loads of sand. The guy the neighbours rang at Bells hung up on them. These people are elderly and don't use Facebook so they asked me to post this.

Great support and staff

I took a much loved Victa mower for a service. Was happy enough to pay $180. But when I got it home it was still performing very poorly. I took it back a couple of days later and was accused of tampering with my mower and trying to fix it myself - clearly I didn’t do this after paying $180. It cost me well over $100 the second time. End result was it wouldn’t start at all, so I took it elsewhere. Just had the smallest spark and the second bloke said it was stuffed. So I bought a new one off him today. I’m now very happy supporting someone else.
