Outstanding customer service and awesome product! I purchased a Masport Mower today and was blown away by the top notch customer service that I received. The best that I have received in 20 years. If I could give 10 stars I would. Morley's have restored my faith in humanity and for sure have my business for any future needs. I AM STOKED!! Thanks and Blessings guys!!!

They used the old air filter. Morleys Traralgon have treated me like a peasant for the last two months. I dropped my chainsaw off for a service as I thought it needed one after work I put it through from cutting the trees that had fallen onto Hazelwood road during the storm on Feb 13. Countless times I rang to kindly see what had happened to my chainsaw and I kept getting the runaround with them saying "we will find out for you and call you back." Over one month later I started getting concerned as it’s just a small saw and a service which was not a major job. I went in to morleys and asked to see my saw, to which I discovered that it was in complete pieces. Everything had been ripped off of it and the piston was sitting exposed on the workbench. Why? Your guess is as good as mine. There was some miscommunication within the team but without communication with me, they took the liberty to dismantle the entire saw and leave it there while they tended to other jobs, not caring about my saw. When I picked up the saw today, they tried to avoid giving me a written job report. They couldn’t even put a new air filter in the saw. What a disappointing experience.

Good people love there work better then Husqvarna Morwell they would not even offer. A laybuy but still on other hand did an made it good an easy thanks again boys

I needed a new lawn mower and had done some research online on the masport range. Morley's had them in store and helped with good advice on my purchase. Needless to say the mower is exceptional and suits my exact needs. The best service and the right advice a+.

Product knowledge of chainsaws was at an all time low. Young salesman had to get someone one from out the back to assist with a new chain and bar. When I got home, found that the chain didn’t match the bar. Never shop there again, better customer service on eBay.
