Poor service. Mower has broken down 3 times in 12 months. Blaming everything but the mower. Spent 6 months in for repairs. Didn't think it was his problem as "he is only the reseller". Also he doesn't want to escalate to distributor as "he wanted to stay in his good books". Don't believe what Jason says. Wouldn't surprise me if he rated his own business. Check out my grass when the mower started falling apart. does this look like something that is safe?
Such lovely people and so helpful. Have superb knowledge and do not rush you. The young guy who helped load the car took the time to ensure we were able to understand all the bells and whistles. Can’t recommend highly enough.
