Stihl Shop Shepparton - Shepparton Mowers & Chainsaws

My husband bought me a chainsaw for mother's Day, very good service, and the staff are helpful.

Just the worst imaginable service. For 4 days they kept saying they would deliver my serviced ride on mower, and for 4 days they simply didn't show up without even a phone call to advise me why. Finally had to go into the shop to complain to get any action. I would NEVER go there again. No understanding AT ALL of customer service.

Absolutely useless and will never go back. Dropped a brush cutter off for service, took 2 weeks for them to look at and even after I called twice to check status they never called me back. If you want good service and price don’t go here.

It won,t accept no stars for this business so I had to give them 1. I bought 2 chains and a new bar that weren't compatible once I went out to cut wood 2 hours away! I sent an image to them and they said they,d call back but didn,t bother. Never again.

Both shop were great to deal with. Never seen my partner so happy as he was with this new toy.

Good products but poor service in the sales shop. Twice was told could get follow up via mail and a telephone call. Never happened!!! Queue's long and a sense that customers are a bother!!!
