I asked for expert advice from Buildpro (supplied them my pool plan) regarding the volume of product needed for coping tiles around a swimming pool. Our tiler (a professional) completed the job and there is half of the supplied product leftover. He used the correct amount to perfectly complete the job and still half left. When attempting to return the unused, untouched product in perfect condition to Buildpro (that was not special order) for a store credit, I was told no and to sell it on gumtree. We were ripped off by hundreds of dollars. Beware of oversupply, it will cost your hard working family BIGTIME!
