Total Tools Richmond

About a year ago I went in to Total Tools Richmond to pick out my first power tool kit as an apprentice plumber. Tim was great and helped me make a few alterations to make sure I got exactly what I needed for work. His extensive knowledge on all the different power tools was exactly what I needed as an apprentice to make the right decision. About a week ago I had these very tools stolen out of my locked work van. Never a good experience, especially as an apprentice. I called the team at Richmond and managed to speak to Tim who was absolutely fantastic. He helped me secure another 8 piece kit straight away and went out of his way to make sure I was looked after. On the day of pick up I was greeted by David who had awesome customer service and a complete understanding of all the packs. He helped me pick out my kit and process it with ease. A BIG Thank you to Tim and David as well as the team at Total Tools Richmond - easily one of the best Total Tools I've visited.

The team at Total Tools Richmond were absolutely fantastic with recommending and showing me how to use the Milwaukee products I purchased for a specific job. Highly recommend!

Fast and friendly service plus a very wide range of products. Also lots of parking space. Prices seem to be very fair, sometimes far cheaper than Hammer Barn (e.g. for a recent blowtorch purchase).
