Visited the store today — great experience! Very wide display with plenty of options and an impressive range on show. The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I came in to check out the new Coleman BBQ range and was really impressed. Excellent service all around!

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but the service we received from Charlie at BBQs Galore in Richmond absolutely deserves one. From the moment we walked into the store, he acknowledged us straight away and made us feel welcome. He was incredibly helpful and informative, taking the time to talk us through exactly what we needed. Even though we came in at 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon, Charlie was patient, never rushed us, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to get service like that these days, and we genuinely appreciated it.

We visited Barbecues Galore Richmond on a public holiday and had such an amazing experience thanks to the lovely Vicky. She went above and beyond to help us find a stand for our Gozney Dome stove - calling around to other stores, tracking down a cover, and making sure we could get everything we needed in time for a public holiday lunch with friends. She was not only incredibly helpful but also genuinely enthusiastic about the brand, which made us even more excited about the purchase. Without her help, we wouldn’t have been able to pull it off last minute. A big thanks also to Nissen, who kindly helped us load everything into the car. Fantastic service all around - thank you for making the experience so easy and enjoyable!

Oustanding customer service from Vicki and the team. The store is large, clean and well presented. We purchased an item not in stock at another store. Very helpful from first contact and positive willingness to help and with a smile. Thank you.

Not sure if it was Charlie going off recent reviews, actually disappointed in myself for not checking his name BUT a treasure in customer service to the young bloke who recommended the wood wool today (sat 20th sept) and just general approach to his job! Great to see this still exists in Aust! Charlie was amazing !! He was so helpful and so passionate about his job and BBQ’s. We bought our whole BBQ setting for our new house. Highly recommend.
