I call clean away regularly about bins constantly missed in my area, they come back to empty them, the following week guess what? I’m calling them again.

Their service is a shambles . They kept invoicing me using someone elses buiseness name .when i asked them to use my correct buiseness name for invoices they wouldnt .i had to withhold payment for 4 months and about 30 emails to get them to amend the invoices. Dont use them . Ive since been using easy bins in bunbury and the service has been magic

4 months ago I organised a weekly bin collection service through my shire, but every fortnight I either have to contact the shire or clean away directly to get my bin emptied on the off week of normal collection. Cleanaway tell me it’s on the drivers sheet well here’s a suggestion SACK THE DRIVER there’s plenty more that can do a better job. I already suggested highlighting it on his sheet, some weeks it takes up to 3 days later to get my bin emptied. I ask why am I paying for such a slack service? If I could’ve I wouldn’t have given you one star it pathetic the the customer has to repeatedly call every time my bin is out over 12 hours before the earliest possible collection. I have emailed my complaint but that didn’t get my bin emptied either.

Driver collecting yellow top bins just dumped mine on the floor and didn't bother getting out to pick it up instead just continued on his Mary way

Good service and trucks.

Missed bin ....hey, it happens. It's hard to get drivers.....I understand but please put someone in the office that is apologetic and can give you an accurate time that your bin will be emptied after it's been missed. No empathy whatsoever!
