I had issues with my retics and Elliot came over to fix it. However the issue was not fully rectified as the same problem occurred after a month. He came back and only charged for the parts because it wasn’t fixed the first time. He also helped with my sprinklers. Good costumer service, which is rare nowadays, so will recommend.

Elliot was so easy to deal with, he changed our Retic around and added a much better automatic system, we couldn’t be happier. His prices are very reasonable and he very prompt . Highly recommend Elliot 😊

Always easy to deal with and quality of work completed onsite is always great. I appreciate the flexibility of The Property Care Guys being able to visit and complete works when we’re not home, trusted technicians.

Elliot put our lawn dowb in 4 hours without levelling the ground or adding any sand down. The grass started dying within 4-5 weeks, even after multiple attempts to get him to have a look at it he never did anything about it. He promised he will return a few months later to make sure it’s progressing fine but never returned my messages or calls. I wouldn’t recommend them

I’d like to be able to provide a review for this business however, although I made an appointment to meet with Elliott I never got to meet him. No show and ghosted. Not ideal.

Came to an issue promptly and fixed it. Super helpful considering 3 others had been a no show. Thanks guys!

Highly recommend! I am a repeat customer- as last time, Matt was helpful and prompt in advising us of a quote and getting to the property as soon as he had time to fix the reticulation at our property. Communication was clear and you don't have to worry about him trying to scam you of unnecessary works. Highly recommend! Good company and Matt was 👍👍!!
