Petrie's Mitre 10 Trade Centre Orange

Ordered a chainsaw in for me. I took it home and set it up, but it wouldn’t start. Staff were happy to assist but couldn’t get it to start either, so organized a replacement. When the replacement arrived, Al offered to put some fuel in and make sure it started before he handed it over. He told me he’d have it to me around lunch time, but within the hour (before 9am), he’d set the chainsaw up, got it going, and delivered it to my home address. It was clear that Al had made this a priority, which was much appreciated. Excellent service! Thank you!

The service was fantastic. Went in for 2 cupboards and came out with builders contacts and a complete kitchen design in my mind. Tiffany Taber took the time to show me absolutely everything I wanted to see. Thank you Tiffany. Looks like I may be changing to mitre 10 for my total kitchen refit. Beautiful store, but only one person working on a Saturday. Stood at counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone to serve me and when they eventually came they proceeded to answer the phone instead of processing sale. 1 min purchase took 15 mins.

Huge range and great prices. Staff always happy to assist. Thought it was trade only but it's definitely a hardware that rivals the big green shed

Used to go here all the time more knowledgeable staff than Bunnings. But last 2 visits impossible to get service while staff standing round talking to each other but not me. Walked out first time and was about to the 2nd time when finally someone decided to serve me but young lady had no knowledge about what I needed anyway and left empty handed anyway. The new layout is dark and not customer friendly. Place was sad.

I like to go here as all female staff who are very helpful and know a lot. I also get reward points on purchases. They do have a lot less than other stores.

My Dad was the one doing the shopping but everything looked good to me. Plenty of parking. Disabled parking close to front doors.
