Narangba Timbers has some of the best customer service I have experienced. Prompt, friendly and informative. Damien cannot do enough to help and it’s so refreshing to interact with someone so helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience all round.

Great experience, Ordered timber for a 6.1 x 11.1m deck. Quality of timber was fantastic. Turn around time to have delivered after payment was less then 48hrs. Can not recommend Chanelle and the team highly enough.

Online ordering was great. Had a quote straight away while other local mobs still haven't responded to my quote requests, not to mention price was good. Timber was delivered next day by a great operator and was good quality. Will be using them in future for big deliveries like this.

Dealing with Narangba Timbers was a please. All product sourced and delivered in a timely manner. Particularly on Two delivered orders, Harry the driver was fantastic, able to safely and expertly manoeuvre the truck in tight spaces to unload the timber in the best spot for me to be able to conduct work. Recently I purchased a number of hardwood step treads. The entire process was very efficient and seamless. The staff dealt with were very friendly and helpful. I have used Narangba Timbers on a number of occasions before and have no hesitation in recommending them.

We bought 27 hardwood untreated sleepers for some raised garden beds. They delivered fairly quickly, but 11 of the 27 sleepers have signs of decay and rot, some with a LOT, and they were very wet. Many of the pieces are not square, cut on the side of the tree with rounded and rough edges. While I didn’t think it right to get sides-of-the-tree curved timber when I ordered sleepers, we decided to live with that and see if the rot would be addressed. When I contacted them about this and wanting the damaged sleepers to be replaced, I was told that it’s untreated timber, and I should expect this….. and to put them in the sun and treat the damage. I understand they are untreated, but I expected to get newly cut timber, without signs of decay, and had not factored in needing to address the damage for my new delivery. Now my project is delayed while we sort it out ourselves. I recommend going and seeing the timber for yourself before ordering.
