Best experience we’ve had! Gardenscapes had everything we needed at great prices, helped us pick the right materials, and had it all sorted quickly. Super friendly service and great value. Couldn’t ask for better — 10/10 recommend!

Wow this is awesome service. I tried to order a tonne of sand late on a friday arvo for Saturday morning, obviously that was too ambitious of me because they are busy as, but got offered 1.30pm which I was equally as happy with. Then I get a call just after 11 asking if I wanted it early, hell yeah I say, I got alot of shovelling to do and the awesome bloke was here by 11.30. I got it in the morning anyway. But the best part was the driver. Went above and beyond and came around the back of my property and litrally dumped it exactly where I needed it. Saving this poor sob at least a day and a half shovelling and wheelbarrowing. Precision truck driving at its finest. Well done guys, impeccable service from start to finish.

Worst customer service, came in on 09/01/26 at 12pm looking for some white stone, the man behind the counter ignored us then when he finally looked up he rolled his eyes and goes yes… we asked if that was all the white stones they had in stock (bagged 20kg bags) and he just said yep that’s it walked away and served another person, no solutions no we might be able to order more in nothing, so we walked out and took our business elsewhere.. that took crappy customer service to a new level and we won’t be back.

Hi avid gardeners, we are writing a review of Gardenscapes "Premium Gardeners Choice Soil". We added this mix to all of our raised garden beds and have had more than exceptional outcome with all of our plants. So happy with it and would highly recommend it. The staff are always so helpful. Awesome service. Just want to shout out Richie who delivered our pavers this afternoon. He went over and beyond to drop the pallet in a location for us and was super helpful. Thanks again.

Screened soil had bolts, glass, 20-30mm rocks and other debris in it that looks like broken tiles. Was recommended to use it as top soil but now I'll have to do the job again just to cover the glass so we can walk on our lawn safely. I wish I saw it all before it was dumped on my driveway so I could send it back.

We have been coming here for years for all our landscaping needs while renovating and the service everytime is nothing short of amazing! We have used the delivery service, but mostly pop in to collect what we need. The customer service is 10/10! Staff are extremely friendly even when super busy, always big smiles and happy to help, nothings ever too much trouble.. The young lads are a real credit to the business.
