Please save yourself the agro and do not use. They contract 3rd parties to do the work and the job details too frequently get lost in translation. The parties they use to do the work are not communicated to you prior so you don't have any chance to do any vetting yourself. The job was not done any where near as quoted, the report of what was done was misleading / lying. The level of cleanliness was appalling, so much was missed. When queried there were reasonable issues like not being able to safely move heavy furniture but when we then ourselves moved the furniture they said they'd done that room and were not prepared to go back into it, even though they still had plenty of time. I'd given dimensions of ceiling height and requirements, but they didn't bring the correct equipment to clean. It wasn't just one or two things, it was so many things. It was incredibly upsetting. When we complained to Whizz they said we wouldn't get our money back "no matter what". Well, it seems Consumer Affairs had a different point of view. This seems to be their standard response. In reading the reviews, you may get lucky with a reputable contracted cleaning team but this seems rare. Save yourself the agro.

Bond cleans are not even close to being satisfactory. Asked to return to clean all the missed areas, cleaner went back and nothing on the list was attended to except for wiping down skirting boards and vacuuming the dining room again. Asked to attend for a 3rd time, refused to re-attend because they claim too much time had passed. Cleaner spilt oven cleaner or some chemical on the hardwood timber floors which left large stains, they denied it was their error, tyring to blame the age of the floor and other small marks were already present. Absolutely wasn't the case.

I do not recommend this service at all. They assure 100% bond back guarantee, but the clean work is very poor. In my case, even having played for many extras to prevent missing spots. They came twice to clean, and in the second time charged me even more, but didn't result in a good work. I had to resolve additional cleaning separately before handing over my old appartment key. Overall very expensive, bad experience, and would not recommend.

I booked a bond clean with Whizz and the cleaning service that the cleaner delivered is exceptional. Things are sparkling clean and I got all my bond back. Communication with them is excellent from the booking process up until they finish the clean. And I love that the cleaning team arrived on time!

Very pleased with the service, the cleaners were thorough and ensured everything was up to standards. Had some trouble scheduling initially but they were flexible, reachable and communicated promptly. Highly recommend and would definitely use this service again!

We did our move out Cleaning for our apartment recently. The price is too high for a 2 bedroom apartment. Yet we decided to do as we thought they will do a good job, but leaning is not properly done, it not professional at all. They missed to clean the microwave, dishwasher and etc. And sinks are not properly cleaned. And when we call then to inform that, they act like non of that was in their list. We paid $580 just to steam the carpet. So unhappy with the result. Not recommending at all.
