Cannot fault the service from start to finish. Nathan doesn't muck around- Excellent comms, super fast same day quote, we were happy with the quote so booked an appointment, which was within a business day or two and he was professional the entire time, had all the PPE necessary for getting up the tree and staying safe and he cuts trees down like he's a fine tuned, well oiled machine. He's an absolute gun. And his other three guys were great too, they even cleaned up all the mess. Thank you! We were very happy with the team too, especially Nathan. And I loved how he cut the trunk down to how I requested, we have a little stool or pot plant stand now. Jim's Group truly has an asset to the business with Nathan. Hang onto him! Thank you

Use someone else with better skills and ethics. They recently came and did a neighbours trees. And blew dust and wood chips all over our house. Then refused to move the wood chipper or tidy up. Very arrogant Had no offer or response to help clean up Just read your feedback, so what do you offer to do. I told your guys I have a two year old at home and the dust was blowing everywhere. Thick layer of dust all over the house and the split systems, hot water system and pool filters, as well as the car and all over our washing on line? If you taking it seriously then offer to clean up. Why did they keep going when asked to stop and move it. If it not safe or too hazardous to do a job then get more experience or don’t do it.

I asked Garry to cut back 5 large trees that formed a hedge along my drive that was nearing 5 metres in height. And I needed done on 48 hours notice in order to qualify for a Council grant. Garry arrived, completed the job and invoiced me with 24 hours to spare. He did a great job. Removed all the debris and left the site spotless. Great work.

Hired Jim’s Tree & Stump Removal for a Bougainvillea and Hibiscus removal plus some green waste. The crew turned up only aware of green waste removal. They thought I was paying $600 just to chip a square metre of waste, and were completely unaware of the Bougainvillea job. They then decided to carelessly and aggressively cut back surrounding plants to make their job easier, which was never agreed on. I was quoted what I considered quite a high price because I assumed care would be taken, and it clearly wasn’t. They left the Hibiscus, removed the wrong bush, and left the Bougainvillea stump completely untouched — I don’t think they even poisoned it, it’s just been left there. They dragged and broke down the Bougainvillea directly on the lawn, leaving it full of thorns, when common sense would have been to use a tarp. The whole approach was dismissive, careless, and amateurish. When delivering the quote, zero thought was put into doing a proper job, in their minds a good job seems to mean the bare minimum, and even that wasn’t achieved. Unless you are bulldozing a field, I would recommend going with somebody who takes greater pride and care in their work. In response to the response from the owner: Two years ago? Obviously that was a different job. You removed two palm Trees that time. Please check your notes again.

I requested a quote from Jim's Trees for the removal of a pile (approximately 4m x 4m) of tree branches from my front lawn. Avneet Singh contacted me promptly by telephone and asked if I could send him a photo of the pile of branches, which I did. His quote arrived soon after and we arranged a time for the work to be done. Avneet's team completed the work on the day promised and they sent me a photo of my front lawn after they had removed the branches and all leaves, because I was not home at the time. I paid via credit card, over the phone, once I had received the photo as evidence that the work had been completed. I was completely satisfied with the service I had received and I would recommend Avneet to anyone who requires a similar service performed.

Absolutely incredible service at a reasonable cost! Avneet was polite, on time and gave a comprehensive quote for pruning, reshaping and balancing a medium to large pear tree. On the day the team turned up and discussed the process. Again, polite and friendly (unlike some of the people I had out to quote!). The staff worked quickly and efficiently and even cleaned my gutters after some large cranch removals over the gutter system. They left the whole garden spotless with barely a leaf on the ground - A LOT of the tree was pruned!!!!! Shredder was awesome to watch too - just in case you are into big machines! hehehe. Highly recommended!!!
