I am extremely disappointed with this company. My package was stolen after being left in what they deemed a "safe location." Despite their failure to ensure the package’s security, they claim no liability because I supposedly agreed to an "authority to leave" arrangement. Leaving a package in an unsafe spot is unacceptable, and their lack of accountability has caused me both frustration and loss. I would not recommend using this service if you expect your deliveries to be handled responsibly.

Great online business. Having your dietitian add what you need saves heaps of time and stress. The order was delivered really fast, and I live in the country. They also followed up to make sure I received it. Well done in an age of no customer service, yours is excellent.
