We cannot thank Home Instead enough for the incredible care they provided for our dad. Initially, Dad was very resistant to receiving help at home, but we knew it was necessary if he was to remain living independently. The carers at Home Instead quickly built a wonderful rapport with him — he genuinely looked forward to their visits and considered them friends. We had previously been with another provider who unfortunately were not meeting Dad’s needs, and we had even started the process of applying for residential care. However, after switching to Home Instead, the difference was remarkable. Dad was so well supported, comfortable, and happy that when a place became available at a residential facility, we chose to decline it. Thanks to the compassionate and professional team at Home Instead, we were able to honor Dad’s wish to stay in his own home for as long as possible. We are so grateful for the care, respect, and companionship they provided.

Dovida (Formally Home Instead) have been professional, friendly, helpful and provide excellent communication. They have organised shopping, welfare checks , as well as gardening and gutter cleaning services. Detailed documentation is provided and the plan is reviewed every 6 months. If we have any issues, they are just a phone call away.

Home Instead are brilliant. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have been providing carers for my mother who is both blind and has dementia, the carers are friendly and engage with her wonderfully. they also take care of her hygiene needs and home environment, plus companionship and socialising. The management are open to discussion if things are not working for you and help to find the best people to care for your loved ones.

Home Instead stepped up to offer services that others could not...like being on time, personal friendly scheduled care every week day sometimes twice a day. Well chosen, thoughtful, carers who were a good fit, they take Mum out assist her with cleaning and meals and give Mum the opportunity to continue living at Home. In all regards the move to HI has been great.

HomeInstead Seniors Care are the best with their services and the staff. They have helped so much and without any hesitation they got mum organized so quick she was settled and feeling better just knowing her Caregivers will be their on time and with a smile. The Caregivers are kind helpful and do that bit extra so your feeling safe and supported. Great Office support if you want to discuss anything nothing is a problem. The fees are also very realistic. You won't be disappointed. 😀

I have just written a whole page of praise for all the home instead team. From the people who answer the phone to my coordinator Debra Rigg. So helpful. Debra gets anything I ask for done immediately. Rochelle my carer is a fantastic help, don't know what I'd do without her. She is supportive, helps me through a conversation, I have a foggy brain and she is always reminding me what I was talking about, cause I forget. I am always dragging her off for a cupps somewhere. She helps me decipher my phone when I don't know what I am doing and we laugh a lot, sometimes the silliest thing makes us both laugh hysterically. Altogether I cannot fault the service Home Instead provide. Thank you I rate your company 10 out of 10.
