Jays Synthetic Grass

I had a first class experience whilst dealing with Jays Synthetic grass. I was referred to them by a very happy friend who also had an installation. Right from my initial enquiry, through the selection and pricing process, up to the installation and follow up aftercare advice, I could not fault the staff and the quality of work, price and product. Great communication, with spot on time management and all looks wonderful. My dog is very happy too. Thankyou 💐

Very happy! From start to finish Jay and his team were amazing, I had an issue with my skip bin delivery luckily they were able to delay work a day and cannot fault the levelling work and the grass is beautiful to walk on, we also have dogs and the smell from previous grass was awful over summer. We have already had very hot days and no smell at all. We will be keeping the dogs out the front from now on. Thank you Jay and team!

Stay well clear of this company. After less than 10 months my turf has melted and burnt from the sun. When I brought it to Jays attention they basically told me to bad and I should’ve put heat protection in place to protect the lawn? Turf should be able to withstand the harsh Australian conditions and heat. Why on earth should I need to put heat protection on my fence to protect the lawn? Terrible customer service, cheap product.

We cannot recommend you highly enough, also to the delivery driver who was spot on time! We replaced the lawn ourselves, the pieces were cut off the roll to our requirements with a bit to spare perfectly. Everyone was so polite and helpful. Highly recommend. Right from the start the team were easy and friendly to deal with. I am in the process of landscaping my front yard and I am doing it in stages. I have used Jay's for my decking, garden beds and synthetic grass. A slightly raised deck with a curved edge, a spot for a water feature and planter and a deck under the front eaves of my house. The deck was done earlier and has received plenty of amazing comments! It was done to perfection and I couldn't be happier. Just recently the lawn was laid and the garden beds edged. It all looks amazing! The guys were incredible. From start to finish all the team have been there for me to support me with my decisions and listen to my opinions. I can't recommend this Team highly enough. Thanks to all!

As a new home owner, engaging with contractors can be daunting to me but my experience with Jay's was fantastic! From consultation to installation, Jay's was transparent on the process, the costs etc. The whole team was very friendly and easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend!
