I phoned Dale for some advice on his products which he spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me. I then placed an online order and it was delivered to my door within a few hours. I had an issue with the hose on applicator constantly spraying water when the trigger was not pressed, after contacting Dale, he arrived at my door within an hour with a replacement. A+ customer service, I would highly recommend!
