We purchased a CFMoto quad bike and two Crossfire bikes from this dealership, and our experience has been extremely disappointing. From the very first day, the CFMoto quad had major mechanical issues — it completely lost gears on Christmas Day due to a clutch problem. In the year we’ve owned it, it has had very little use but remains unsafe and unreliable. After repairs, the spark plug fell off, causing misfiring and serious safety concerns. The two Crossfire bikes also had ongoing issues and were left exposed to sun damage, faded, and still falling apart. Communication from the dealership has been poor throughout, repairs have been delayed, and their handling of these issues has been unprofessional. Additionally, the CFMoto buggy we purchased had scratches and glue on the seat from day one. We are currently in the process of requesting a full refund and, if necessary, will be pursuing this matter through consumer protection laws. Overall, the service, communication, and care for their products have been unacceptable. We cannot recommend this dealership.

Talked to the service provider 4 weeks ago now in regards to my Rover bought 3 months ago. The ride on has problems pushing the grass into the catcher. What I was told that the blade is not the correct for that model and they will call me in 2 weeks. Still no phone call and if they have the correct blade.

Ordered a ride on mower complete rim and tyre 2 weeks back.told it would arrive last Thursday. Received 2 calls saying it had arrived that week. Went to the store and told that it hadn't arrived??? Apparently " they tried to call they claim" -however no voice mail and they can't remember when they called? Shocking service-il never deal with this bunch again. It's no wonder online trade is having an impact on business Like this.

Great advice and back up. World Lawn is the absolute Boss is comfort and power. My 46" Viper has exceeded all expectations and never lost a belt👍

I have been into these guys for advice. It is awesome advice and given freely. I'm definitely an ongoing customer now.

Dropped the whipper snipper in first thing Monday morning and it was literally 45 minutes later I got a message saying it was done. Good service, reasonable price

Very pleased with their service today. I went to fix our mower and they fixed it in a few hours. ( I mentioned that I need to pick it today and they made and effort to have it fixed in a few hours). I appreciated their help to take the mower out of the car and put it back in the car.
