I needed to place a small order of some specific bricks. It was no problem and delivery was arranged an all happened within 2 weeks of initial contact, unheard of in January. Communication was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Phil at Buildpro Albury/Wodonga.

We built our house using a variety of products from thermal panels, aerated concrete, bricks and also blocks for a retaining wall. We used Buildpro in Lavington for most of our products. From the start to the end the guys at Buildpro went over and above to help us. They have a huge amount of knowledge on their products and we received great advice on the products we bought. They were always friendly and very helpful. Thank you guys!! We would highly recommend them if you are a new build or doing any home improvements.

Visited early on Saturday the 27th of October 2018. I am building my first home, as explained to the sales assistant in show room. As it is such a daunting task building a first home, I was in need of some advice and prices on exterior bricks. I had informed the sales assistant of my price range. Not once did the sales assistant give me a price on said bricks. The only pricing I was given was when I found the brick that I knew was the one. The price that I received was "you’re batting above your range". This was said quite rudely. Also wouldn’t give me an ultimatum or show me bricks that were in my price range. This is worst customer service I have ever received. I have now purchased the brick that was "out of my price range" from another distributor.

Excellent customer service. Absolutely LOVE our pool tiles!! Went above and beyond to deliver our tiles to Baranduda. Highly recommend!!
