Bunnings Keysborough

I would like to file a serious complaint regarding the service I received at the Click & Collect section. The way your staff treated me was extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and quite frankly — very disrespectful. I placed an order online, and the purchase confirmation clearly stated that I would receive a collection message before 16:00. However, when I arrived at 15:30, I still had not received any message. I even tried to help by searching for the item myself, but it could not be found. I asked several other staff members for assistance, yet none of them could show me where I was supposed to look. When I returned to the Click & Collect counter, I was simply told to wait, even though it was obvious the item was already out of stock. When I requested a refund, I was told it could not be processed. I had to insist strongly to get my money back. What made the situation even worse was the body language and the looks I received from two of the staff members — as if they were belittling me or assuming I could not afford my own purchase. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable and left me feeling extremely humiliated. I expect your management to take immediate action regarding this unprofessional behaviour to ensure that no other customers have to experience something this disrespectful again.

I was stuggling finding one of the products on promotion and ended up at the keysborugh one and I must say that I was exceptionally taken care by the team representative, Bella. She went over and above to assist me in finding the product from the store as it was showing in stock but it was unavailable at the designated shelf. Amazing staff.

Bunnings Warehouse is a great place! I went there with my friend to fix my bike, and they helped me fix it with clear instructions. I think person who helped me name is Garry. He was very kind and supportive to fixing my bike. Now I can remember in my head how to fix my bike in my own now. Thank you, Garry! I really appreciated your help!

The Bunnings is fine like most Bunnings stores. There was plenty parking for a Sunday afternoon. Only disappointment was the sausage sizzle, they were tiny sausages and not the usual you'd find a a Bunnings.

Outstanding service from Shelly at the Bunnings Keysborough café. She consistently provides excellent coffee and warm, genuine customer service. Her efficiency and friendly attitude make the café experience exceptional. A true asset to the store I've stop going to garden world and started coming to keysbrough bunnings cafe as Shelly makes great coffee and hot chocolates

Major hardware supplier in this region, should have most of what u need. I looked for timber screws, they were expensive $30-40 per pack so I went to another small hardware and they were less than half price so do your homework people

It’s my local tried and true Bunnings. But their team member, Darren… the bloke should lead a PD on customer service and everyone else should sit and take down notes! Get this man up that hierarchy chain because that’s the type of customer service everyone should experience. Thanks Darren!
