Genius Childcare Toowoomba

My daughter seems like she’s always safe and embellished in a good atmosphere. They encourage children to care for plants and play with old school stuff. When my daughter started in nursery with Miss Krista my partner and I have been happy, Miss Mary in Toddlers was also excellent with our girl. She has been lucky enough to have had such brilliant educators care for her.

Genius was our first childcare service, we enrolled shortly after the pandemic shutdown and what was supposed to be a one week casual enrollment became our 5days a week permanent enrollment. Genius set the standard for all the other childcare services we have looked at, they are very family oriented, growth and development focused and they help kids navigate their personal preferences molding their individuality. They were always happy to adjust to our kid’s needs as he developed through the years, It was a sad moment when we had to leave for a different city as this meant finding another facility that was just as good. We love Genius and would recommend them all day, every day.

I could not speak highly enough of the team at genius toowoomba. When our old daycare closed their doors and gave parents 10hrs notice to find alternative options, genius were one of only two daycares to step up and make room for my daughter. They were caring and accommodating of my daughter and the fear she had of being pulled from one centre to another. The centre is spotless, clean and first class. The staff are professional and the kindest caring staff you could wish for, my daughter loved the food and the short time she was there before graduating. To miss Taylor thank you for breaking down my daughters fears and turning her back into a child who loved going to daycare. It was obvious to both my wife and myself you love your job and go above and beyond for the kids, especially asd affected ones. A huge thanks to all of you for the effort you made in making Amelie feel welcome, she has now had her first day in her new school as a preppy as a bubbly and cheerful child.

I have been a primary school teacher for 10 years and 4 of my children have been through Child Care Centre in Brisbane. Now my Grandson goes to Imagine for Children South Toowoomba and I have to say they are by far the best Child Care Facility any of my family have been too. Zara and her team in the Butterflies room and amazing, they are so organised, they run very important Educational programs which fully engage the children. Our little H has gone from the child how hated school to a child who jumps out of bed and can't wait to see all his friends and Miss Zara at school. I would highly recommend this facility to any young family.

I never had a problem with genius, until my daughters father and I split this year. He was listed as primary carer (not the case, child resides with me100% of the time) Child care refused to contact me when something regarding my daughter would happen on a few occasions, I would tell them every time that I need to be notified aswell and more so as I am the one who is her actual primary carer. This never happened. This resulted in a major incident involving my daughters safety as I was not told she was unwell and her father was notified. Long story short police where involved in me retrieving my daughter from the unsafe environment the daycare had placed her in by letting her father take her without my knowing. I will be pulling my daughter out now and taking time off work till I can resolve these issues and find another daycare.

My two boys go here and It has been such an amazing experience for them, they have learnt and grown so much even in such a short time. Staff are super supportive and friendly as well. Overall a caring family daycare centre

After having a visit and seeing what is available to my child, activities, cultural education, a nutrition based menu, musical classes, school readiness program, school transition support, incursions, and so much more... this is why I have enrolled my child.
