Stay away from this firm I have paid for a service with this them and decided to take on the project as an owner builder. The Building surveyor requested that the report to be issued in my name. I requested for them to issue the report in my name and they wanted to charge me a fee. This is unreasonable as there is no additional work is required except re issuing the report in my name. Stay away and find a reputable firm to deal with. They will milk you wherever they can once you pay their fees. I have written to them, and they insist on charging the fee. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE
I would keep away from Werribee Soil Testing and find another soil testing company. Scott came out and you could see he did not want to be there, rude at the front door upon arrival and ended up leaving as it became all too hard and passed the "buck" over to his boss. Robert the boss is not the most friendly guy and could do with a course in customer service
