I'm shocked with the way they have handled my enquiry. After politely asking for clarification on an invoice, I was met with hostile, rude, and personally insulting messages from Christie. This kind of response is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. While Chad does a wonderful job and is very friendly and hard-working, the lack of respect and courtesy shown during communication with Christie has left an extremely negative impression. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.
