Brian and the team was awesome to deal with. Asked the team to clear my front yard with 11 x Pine trees. Great price! Job was quoted and done fast and efficiently too, all within a week. Highly recommend.

Being on the Executive of a Strata Complex, I have dealt with many tradesmen. I found every one of the staff at Black Forest Trees to be communicative, prompt, polite & extremely helpful. They said what they would do & then came when they said they would & did it well, with no fuss. We had 2 extremely large trees removed (with council permission) from a planter box with the stumps ground, in a built up area of an inner city suburb - challenging to say the least, but all done professionally. Very responsive and reasonably priced. The team cut down a dead tree from my small inner city front garden, and did an awesome job protecting all my established plants. Not a single one got damaged.

We would never have these people on our property ever again. What Brian the owner told us his team would do was completely different to what they had on their work sheet which caused a very heated discussion to start with. As my husband has been in and out of hospital since these people were here we have only just noticed the damage they caused by dragging huge branches through very small spaces.

I can't thank Brian and his team that came out spot on time this morning enough. We got hit badly by the storm last Saturday night and they did a wonderful job clearing away debris and tree branches. It's great to have a business that is punctual, very nice and polite people. I would recommend them.
