Recently had Memo and the team take care of the flooring in my business premises in Launceston. They had to rectify the work of another cleaning company who had left us with unsatisfactory results. Memo cleaned and sealed our hard floors and expertly cleaned our carpets at a competitive price. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for our future maintenance needs.

Savagely overpriced every time there have been dealings. Nearly $700 to install a retractable garden hose reel in an elderly person’s home. Unreal. Edited to add: the work wasn’t under my name but I saw your direct quote. I’m not sure if you’re aware that the clients still need to contribute towards the work, it’s not fully funded by the aged care support provider. I have seen multiple quotes on your stationary i.e prior to any supposed added fees, that are, in my experience, high compared with other contractors. Difficult to understand why.
