Absolutely ZERO star I have been waiting for 3 years after signing up to L2P program and have ring them about it to as to why I have never been called in for driving lessons and even went to their Office And Indian lady told me to sign up on my app again and wait another two years Absolute disgrace.

Don't bother. They don't speak English, never call you back and send you wrong size clothings if you're lucky enough to receive it because they either don't send anything or send it to the wrong address unless you keep asking wasting time on the phone. When you call back to tell them that they made a mistake then they just tell you to call back in 6 months and make the lamest excuse. Pathetic. No accountability and no ambition.

Frustrating experience. No real help for struggling families. You have the option to go 4 times a year to get some rotten fruits and vegetables and expired noodles. No eggs, no bread. Also nothing left if they book you after 11 am which is so unfair and ridiculous. So humiliating to stand in line behind someone who clearly can afford food with their expansive designer handbag and glittery shoes waering a very pricey head covering. The system is rigged.

DONT BOTHER, UNLESS THE PROBLEM IS SIMPLE, REALLY SIMPLE, LIKE FILLING IN A FORM, THEY ARE NOT EQUIPPED FOR REAL LAWYERING. THEN THEY THROW THE FUNDING STUFF AT YOU RUDELY. WHATEVER !!!

It was wonderful to visit Whittlesea Community Connections. The staff are quite numerous and seem to be very happy people who are all working so well together as a team. I had an appointment with one team member but got to meet lots of others and was even offered something to eat while I was there.

Wasn't what I was hoping for? Could have gotten the advice over a phone call then waiting 2 weeks for an appointment 🙄

An amazing resource well, with committed people who have a genuine role in helping everyone who goes through their doors. References to the support services in the community that is totally inclusive of all the diverse sectors one may find themselves in.
