Took forever to get served. Mainly due to myself letting customers with really small requirements go first. Due to their system 2 quick jobs took close to an hour (an air filter and pick up mower blades). In the end they couldn't sell me what i needed and i ended up going to Sydney Tools. Prefer to look after local and like Husqvarna but i had requirement and a time line. Don’t recommend going in on a Saturday.

Great shop with all landscaping power tools. Young Lad at the counter was super helpful when i came in today. Highly recommend.

Great customer service, great prices, honest and genuine people, loving my new ride on mower, nothing beats a husqvarna!

Can't recommend Elliots enough. I rang on a busy Saturday and the sales person I spoke to was patient and full of information and advised me that they had plenty of stock on hand (local stores had very limited models to choose from). Today I travelled down to the store and was met by friendly staff who got Noel to help me choose a new mower. Noel explained the pros and cons of each style of mower to me and in the end we left with a new TS248TXD Husqvarna mower. No question was too hard and Noel spent a considerable amount of time helping us with our purchase. The handover was excellent and the knowledge of the products being sold in the store was outstanding. Well worth the trip ! Very happy customers !

Very disappointed in the service and treatment received. Staff and Manager completely unwilling to admit any fault, wasted my time, money and I lost money due to not having my saw for work. Zero customer service skills and lack of professionalism. Not the first issue for me and clearly other reviews say the same. I should have listened, my mistake there.

I purchased over $3000 just on a mower and a couple of whipper-snippers,not to mention the hundreds on accessories, and parts,as well as sending a couple of my clients, who both spent a lot more than me,then I ordered parts,payed for them the day I ordered,and apparently I didnt order 1 part,and the part that come,I haven't paid for,I cant prove any of this because I left invoice with them to collect with parts...staff had no idea what they were doing,theses guys have no idea how to treat loyal customers, the place went to shit once Brent left... Ive gone back to sthil,and honda...

Bought a Husqvarna ride on mower in July 2024. From the second I bought it home I had nothing but issues. Was taken in multiple times to be told there was nothing wrong. Each interaction was frustrating and went nowhere. Finally had to stand my ground and threaten to lodge this with the ACCC and found my rights for a refund due to a major fault. To their credit they agreed to have the mower returned and have refunded it in full. I will not use this business again as they don’t stand behind the products they sell to repair/resolve any issues. Products aren’t perfect but how you handle the problems is what makes a business stand out. If you are looking this up Elliott’s the mower was purchased in my husband’s name, not mine.
