My chair order from The Complete Garden arrived on a filthy old pallet that the company refused to pick up afterwards. I was told to just leave it out on the council verge, because apparently everybody wants one. The complete garden did not offer to pay the fine for this encouraged act of dumping. The chairs themselves are just okay. Pretty dodgy paint work, visible soldering. They look cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for. And sometimes you get what you don’t pay for. Dirty old pallet anyone?
Great experience ordering some Corten steel garden ornaments online, ordered on a Friday and had them delivered by 9am Monday morning. Quality is reasonable but well and truly good enough for the price.

Ordered a large clock, arrived with broken glass. Called immediately and the problem was resolved just as fast. Within 2 working days replaced with new clock.The trouble they went to with extra packaging was amazing. The clock is gorgeous, Customer Service second no none. Would recommend this Company happily. Review of The Complete Garden Centre shopping online experience Huge problems and stressful purchase online. Goods purchased were never delivered. Sales department blamed couriers but ended up being their own fault. After several emails a refund was given with no apology. Will not be shopping here again nor will I recommend this business.
