I got a quote from this business and I tried to confirm a date and time for them to come out, they didn't confirm the date they said they will get back to me. They eneded up rocking up at 7.30am in the morning without confirmation nobody knocked on the door to let us know they had arrived they just started cutting down trees. without confirming which trees to cut down. They cut down trees we told them NOT to cut down as it have us privacy from the neighbours front deck now the neighbours can see into our bedroom. The trees that we asked to be cut down during the quote have not been done properly. Very unprofessional from start to finish.

In the end Neil recommended that an arborist would be more aligned with my specific needs. This was good advice as I didn't fully appreciate what was required. That said Neil was very responsive and on-time with our appointment. Certainly next time I need a tree lopped I would go to Neil

Neil arrived on time. He provided a fairly reasonable quote. Neil successfully dropped a challenging-positioned tree and he managed to keep it from crashing through our fence. He cleaned up afterwards. We’re very happy with the result.
