Relaxing place to tend to your own garden plot. Must respect other peoples plots and contribute to keeping the place neat, tidy and organised. Pets not allowed. Little children will find it boring.

My first visit to the community garden and I was impressed with the way it was set out allowing easy access to the garden beds from all sides in order to work the soil and tend the plants. Unfortunately not all the gardens were being maintained but the potential could easily be imagined as discussed with a person who was on hand to explain the reason for the gardens. I found the composting trays were well placed and the worm farm looks well established and I will be using some of what I saw (or at least try to use) in my own garden
