Luke was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. He identified the problem, gave me some alternatives to think about, then proceeded to order and fit our new pond filter. We had issues with the pump from our spa bath at our holiday rental property. The Pump House Coffs Harbour went well beyond our expectations. The customer service was exceptional and the service given to us by Luke was outstanding. Luke came out to the property and removed the pump and took it back to the workshop to be fixed then back again that same day as we had time restraints as we had guests checking in the next day and Luke did everything he could to ensure we had the pump back in working before the end of the day. Can't thank you enough Luke for the extra mile you went for us to source the spare parts and have it back to us same day. We would highly recommend The Pump House Coffs Harbour and Luke.
