Worst experience ever, we have been going here to get our machines fixed with no issues and this time it was a disaster. We are really disappointed with the male staff that attended to us today, i took my 2 blowers and other machines to get a service done and was told that my blowers were broken and they couldnt fix. (Mind you, my blowers were working before hand) they pulled the blower apart and charged me for it and told me if i wanted it back together that they would have to charge me again. I told them to put it back together, i got there today and my blower was still in parts, some of the parts are missing and not only that the other blower start button is now broken. They told me they couldnt find my tools and i was standing around again for a second time waiting for them to relocate them. Not only that they took my fuel cap from one of the blowers and didnt want to give me another one to replace it. The male staff was really rude and seemed like he didnt want to be there.

I bought the Atom Edger, Red Honda 4 stroke from Yard Works. The advice was spot on and the staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The Atom edger is perfect for a massive mixture of driveway to grass, road to grass, concrete path to grass but the lifesaver is that it can do Kwik- Kerb to grass. With the large single wheel, i can have the Atom on the grass and cut deeply next to the Kwik-Kerb. No three wheel edger can do this. At around 500 mts of edging to do, the Atom makes it feel almost effortless.

Very poor service.. wouldnt even know where to start..one star is too much. Caboolture mowers used to be great..purchased machines from David and the crew for years. Yardworx is clearly a corporate take over of our local machinery dealers.

I bought a husqvarna z242f 12 months ago, at yard works Caboolture, 33 hours later, and the deck belt has broken, l went back to the store of purchase asked the question why so very little hours, the response was, must have had too much tension, this was the store l bought it from who has set it up, not a very good explanation from a person that should show a little more interest, l asked is there a selection of quality belts, he said no, l stated that on the internet shows that there is, he then said that there are 2 1 rubber and 1 with kevlar, so very few hours on belt and if the same thing happens is it covered by the warranty.???????? 29.12.2025.

Terrific attention to my problem on the phone (brilliant) Bailey sat before 2pm and brushcutter problem solved normally wouldn't be bothered with an OPINION but terrific old style SERVICE well done and ill be back kind regards charlie Hattie

No one answers the phone. Three month wait for parts with no updates even when I was assured (after having to visit in-store) that they would call me back. Quoted $300 for an $80 battery. These guys are taking the piss.
