The staff are wonderful to deal with and even though my order was not ready to be collected, they got one off the shelf for me.
Ordered a file set online, on delivery I noticed the box had been opened and on further inspection I noticed 2/4 files had been re-handled with a inferior handle. Actually laughed when I opened them. The files didn't fit the mouldings of packaging, No helpful solutions or explanations were provided. All this after waiting over a month for my order to arrive.
Great customer service. Staff went out of their way to source an item I needed that wasn’t on the shelf. Worth a visit.
Purchased micrometer, however faulty out of box. Needed exchange to complete project, time sensitive job. Easy to deal with, staff helpful and walked out with replacement. Great service and experience.

Unlike Sydney Tools the cordless power tools are on display for the customer to see, touch and feel. The staff member that served me, Paul, gave me honest and unbiased advice and was interested in me getting the tool that suited my needs.
