Huge tool range and great staff. Went in there looking for a seal pick (one particular type) and though they didn’t have them they gave me a hand to track down one from a different vendor. It’s the small things that make a difference. I had been trying to track one down all day, will definitely be back for me pre-tax splurge!
Warning! Check your check-out prices people. Just got a 50% increase above shelf price on an item at the checkout. Not imagining, got a photo of the shelf price. Told the price was old and was referred to a sign at the counter about 'prices change without notice'. Didn't pay, left disgusted. This is against Australian Consumer Law. Internet has many complaints about Sydney Tools and this business model.

Came in a couple of weeks after the opening, bought a couple of things, due to being a busy few weeks since I hadn't checked to see if it would fit and the 3/8 sockets set would not fit in my Ute tool box as it was 20mm too long, so I took it back in to see if I could swap it for the same thing but over 2 separate kits they were more than helpful, would rather shop here. On a separate occasion I was looking for a decent quality retractable extension lead I tried other tool places and was told would be a 2-3 week wait plus cost of freight, looked on Sydney tools website and said had low stock and to ring, went in store as was going past what do you know they had had 4 in stock, didn't have to order and had it installed on the day Keep up the good work and I will be back again soon guys, thanks again
Totally over this mob now wont be back, prices are constantly changing, tried to get a. Milwaukee charger $89 more expensive than anywhere else, I've had to many issues now with purchaser, I head to total tools
