My Wollemi Pines were struggling with being planted after being in a pot for a long time. This is the third weekly feed of seasol as per the instructions on the bottle. One is definitely going well and the other is starting to show signs of improvement.
I purchased the Season Advanced Putting Mix today and it was so easy to work with, very good mix with no lumps. Very refined product and if course I felt great that I was actually using a Seasol product. Very satisfying and highly recommend by some who has been using potting mix for years and can't speak highly enough of this product. AAA +++
Seasol seed raising mix is absolute garbage quality that is not fit for purpose. The soil is dusty, dry and full of chunks of bark that render it just less for seed raising. I’m an experienced small scale grower and not a single seed I showed germinated in this soil. Shame on Seasol for selling this garbage and Bunnings for stocking it.
Usless product. I planted many tomatoes seedling and none germinated. Search fo different product.
The Seasol Seed Raising Mix is just EXPENSIVE DUST - water doesn't penetrate and healthy seeds that germinated in ordinary garden soil just don't even germinate in this rubbish.
Stick to the original liquid product. Potting mix is very poor quality. Completely hydrophobic and they're riding on their name now without delivering what customers want.
Seasols seed raising mix is poor. Large particles they won't break down. Not suitable for fine seeds. Maybe weeds.
