I had a terrible experience with Evergreen Garden Care (formerly known as Scotts Australia). Despite following their process exactly, my issue was completely dismissed with the same generic response: "not enough water." I tried explaining that I had done everything correctly, but they wouldn’t listen. The only thing that grew from this experience was my water bill! It was a complete waste of time and money. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to help was beyond frustrating. I would not recommend them to anyone. DO NOT use SCOTTS products and expect help if something isn't right !
Needed a spring for the bottom of an Evengreen Fertiliser Spreader as I'd lost the original. Sent me two and they arrived in only a couple of days - no charge! Great customer service!
Sells old stock that the bags have faded with serious sun damage, bags are torn open half empty and still charge full price. Disgusting and rude customer service. i would not recommend this place to anybody.P.S they not even Australian own!!!
home defence product good but the spray applicator failed contacted company promised would receive new replacement in 1 week over 2 weeks and still waiting contacted office could not tell me when I will receive replacement, so much for buying Australian products
