Hidden surprise, was looking for a replacement pump and decided to wonder in as I drive past regularly. To my surprise they have a good range and was super helpful. They don't have products listed on their site however I will definitely be back for future supplies.

I can't believe these negative reviews. I moved house recently and my first visit to Joe's shop was a pleasure. I know his name because he was so helpful that I asked and introduced myself. I felt no suspicion from him and I am not so clean cut in appearance. And to the guy who couldn't be heard callling by staff, why on earth didn't you approach them? I don't get it. I hope potential customers ignore those reviews. I am happy to be contacted by anyone who wishes for me to comment further.

This shop is great. Joe is extremely knowledgeable with the products and has everything from pots to the best growing compounds and nutrients . He is always freely helpful with advice and tips and knows he s stuff. Highly recommend.

I've been going to joe for many years now and every bit of advice he's given me has been spot on.l wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anybody. His knowledge is vast and his customer service is great.

Waited 10-20 minutes at the counter while the workers were in the back talking to loud for them to hear me calling for service so I walked out and went to a different store I strongly recommend going elsewhere and to reply to your comment no the person you are thinking of was driving me shows you lie because you weren't in the office I knocked on the office window and the man who came out and looked at me and my father(the man who left his business card) who by the way couldn't of walked in easily because of his broken ankle was in the warehouse area while I was standing at the counter with 4 bottles of a+b and 15-20 rockwool cubes on the counter and when I left after 10-20 mins I left everything on the counter so get your facts straight and at least know which customer your talking about because the man your talking about is 47 I'm 19 big difference
