Total Tools Auburn

Excellent service. I've purchased items over the years and today was the first time a tool had an issue. I went back to the store and the people in the store were very helpful and resolved the issue quickly.

Came in expecting a simple price match based on Total Tools’ own advertised guarantee, which clearly states they’ll match any store price anywhere in Australia, including online. They were selling the item for nearly $300, but I found the exact same product for $227 elsewhere a significant difference. Despite showing their own policy in black and white on their website, staff refused to honour it, claiming they only match Sydney Tools or Bunnings. This is false advertising. What’s the point of promoting a nationwide price match if you won’t actually follow through? Very disappointing experience I won’t be back.

Josh helped me out massively, he really knows the tools he has and what will get the job done. I've just started an apprenticeship and he helped me build a starter kit for a very reasonable price. I'll be back for Josh's expertise again.

Great customer service experience from start to finish - was in need of a lawn mower after making the mistake of buying a low quality electric unit online which broke within a year of purchase. Was advised about a deal on the Ego lawn mowers when I called up, and when I arrived in store Liam advised me on what the benefits of the Ego mower was and helped me to understand the best price fit for my situation. Staff were happy to spend some time with me to make sure the purchase was the right fit, and I've had great success with my mower so far.

One of the workers was being a smartass when asked if total tools sold batteries. He could’ve said they don’t have them in stock in a nicer way but he didn’t. I recommend total tools advice their workers to have a more respectful attitude towards customers.

Been going there for two years now. The staff are always friendly and happy to help you. They'll go out of their way to source those hard to get tools for you at a competitive price. I highly recommend this store.

Went in to inquire about a car battery advertised on special on their website today morning. The staff at counter pointing at the logo on his jersey said its "total tools", not auto shop. We do tools. If you need car battery head to Battery World. The staff need training in customer service. Being a "Smart Alec" in customer facing role doesn't help. Hopped into Supercheap next door, price matched with Total Tools and off I go.
