We had a garden makeover completed by Jindalee in November 2023. A number of issues were raised in relaton to the completion of the job. Unfortunately Jindalee did live up to their claim of ensuring all clients are completely satisfied by denying any wrong doing. We were in disoute with Jindalee for quite a number of months. They refused to deal with official complaints in a consultative manner. We finished up taking Jindalee to NCAT to come to a resolution. The whole matter should have been handled far more professionally by the Director. Overall, we had a very disappointing and expensive experience with Jindalee Services.
The team at Jindalee were amazing! From the initial consultation to project delivery. Every step of the way was so clearly communicated with options to suit what we were looking to do!
