Our Company had a very positive experience dealing with Letitia when arranging accommodation for our drivers at very short notice. She was incredibly accommodating, understood exactly what we needed, and made the entire process seamless—from the booking itself right through to organising meals for the boys. Our drivers couldn’t fault the service and commented that it was one of the best meals they’d had in a long time at the in‑house restaurant. Excellent service all round. If we’re ever back in the area, we’ll definitely be staying again.

Went to book in screaming kids in the front office smelt of smoke, staff where rude and not interested in what I had to say, rooms looked like they where never cleaned, bed looked slept in and smelt horrible, toilet hadn't been flushed and cockroaches everywhere including the bed, management cars park everywhere no respect, i was in room 2 when i over heard staff talking about room 1 and a man that left faeces on the bed wiped it everywhere the walls are as thin as paper, ... definitely won't be staying here again don't waste your time or money.. check the reviews before booking, NEW MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE SACKED!!!!!......

It’s been a long time between stays for me, and I can say that the accommodation side of the house has gone down hill significantly. German cockroaches throughout the apartment. Didn’t get serviced in the few days we stayed. LOTS of maintenance issues both within the unit itself and within the common areas. My first impression was that they have sacked the maintenance team 6-12 months ago to save cash. Staff were polite and helpful, but they really need to get on top of the cleaning and maintenance.

Rooms are large, bed was comfortable, kitchenette offered complimentary tea and coffee, the shower was problematic with issues having continuous hot water, towels were a little crunchy, but plenty of complimentary toiletries like shower cap, shampoo etc. Room also has suitcase/bag stand (no need to dig through and the floor) and rom service is available. 2x swimming pools, sauna, and a pub right next door! Would stay again.

The cabins were conveniently located and reasonably priced for an overnight stay to attend a function at the bistro. Basic facilities but clean and comfy bed.

Really nice place to stay. Leaving a review because I'm blown away by the friendliness and helpfulness of Christiane. I don't usually leave reviews, but she was amazing.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was modern and well presented.
