Schnitz Werribee

I was greeted by a gentleman called Wesley who took my order with the most infectious smile and amazing customer service. The food came out very quickly and was absolutely delicious 😋 My partner and I will definitely be back!

Few times i have ordered Mediteranian salad,it comes with chicken on top and litle plastic container for salad Balsamic and Olive oil...They keep putting it inside seating on the top bowl...i told them each time, please dont doo that, it comes from factory probablly 100 packed in the box and you grab one out and throw top of food?! How clean is this ? And they use globes to prepare food...Bat wait there is more ! Today no liitle plastic container?! So i asked waitress to bring me one, guess what, half way trough eating,deep inside salad bowl there is barried little container ( picture provided here ). I know this will not change..when you employ young students to serve in restaurants, that is what you end up with. They dont know what they doo wrong...after i explained to waitress what happened she said it was NOT ME who put it...I told her this is happenig every time and I always pointed out it not hygienic ,doo they pass any feedback to store manager ! I am not negative at all in all reviews i wrote, infact i try to make interesting reading by inserting some humor in it, but this restaurant deserves 1 star only till they employ correct food handling...No I am not gonna stop commig, I will be back...but I will not order Mediteranian salad again ..

Tyla was super good. She had greeted us in a fantastic way, she has got a big smile which makes you more hungry. She is soooooo cute and welcoming. She knows very well, what a customer service is. This is not the first time i am seeing her. She is always like this! Hardworking and so adorable!! God bless her!

Grace helped us out, was very polite. Food was good. Came out quickly. O ly thing that was annoying was the flashing lights...someone needs to change the bulbs over.

Had an amazing experience at Schnitz Werribee Plaza! We ordered the Hawaiian Burger and fries, and they were absolutely delicious – fresh, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. What truly made our visit memorable was the outstanding service from Wesley. He was professional, friendly, and carried such a positive attitude the entire time. Always smiling, he made us feel welcome and well looked after. His customer service was above and beyond, and it really made our day. Highly recommend this location – great food and even greater service!

We had a great experience at Schnitz. Wesley was outstanding, very kind, friendly, hospitable and met all our needs. The kind of employee everyone needs! He truly went out of his way to serve us and other customers. Food was great too 🙂

Shnitzle was way too big for the burger, made it extremely messy and hard to hold to eat, and once I was able to, the sauce tasted like strong plastic. Even my partner refused to take another bite. Waste of money 🙁 one star for the chips - they were good.
