Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park

What a magnificent experience. I booked hubby & I a sneaky staycation and opted for the Indulgence Package. Rooms were beautiful, cozy beds, cleanliness and great views. We also had a 4 course dinner at Joseph restaurant which we could not fault, scrumptious & the staff very welcoming. The Shadowfaux experience was also a highlight 10/10, we didnt leave empty handed lol, wine for months & im not complaining But for us, the highlight was the spa treatment. Hubby had the 60 min full body massage and I swapped my 60 min for a 30 min massage and 30 min facial. Upon arrival Maira made us feel very welcome, beautiful smile to greet us and showed us what and where we needed to go. After heading downstairs we were greeted by the amazing Perri & Jasmine who assisted in our massages and facials. 10/10 the best indulgence I've had to date and I've had quiet a few. I would highly recommend Werribee Mansion & Lancmore Spa to anyone looking to relax, unwind and be pampered, go click BOOK NOW, i will not be disappointed!!! I walked in looking a million bucks but walked out FEELING a million bucks. Huge thanks to Perri & Jasmine for our incredible spa experience. The location of this hotel is fantastic, the grounds amazing and ShadowFax winery is on its doorstep. But the place needs a good clean! For a 5 star hotel the small things matter. As an example, the lobby needs someone to wipe the surfaces clean and the unkept feel does not make we want to return. It’s not a cheap hotel, so my expectations were a bit higher. Has the potential to be amazing, but maintenance is letting them down. Service was a bit hit and miss, front desk were great while staff at the bar were not friendly at all.

Beautiful building in magnificent surroundings. Lovely helpful staff. Great breakfast. The bedrooms are a bit disappointing, they are in the newer building and quite dark and a bit old fashioned. Ours overlooked the dusty car park. We paid extra for superior, so we're surprised at this. Very comfortable bed and decent quality bed linen. The swimming pool and steam rooms are lovely. We did the complimentary tour of the mansion (owned by Parks Victoria) which was really interesting. The gardens are quite special. Very peaceful break.

- nice and sleek interior design that puts it on the pedestal in the same league;- squeaky clean and spick and span;- very comfortable beds that you are mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack;- quiet and reclusive, right in front of the landmark, but easily accessible to the town;- Flexible check out（upon request）- The pool is fabulous

Lovely location, rooms needed attention, floors needed to be vacuumed, bathroom floors needed a scrub. Dining area had bugs and flies in. The swimming pool needs to be cleaned can Cleary see the water line marks on the sides of the pool. Dinner service took over an hour to receive our food including entrè. Breakfast buffet was good. Garden area is nice and relaxing and the café.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Lancemore Mansion Hotel at Werribee Park after being gifted a voucher for our wedding, and it was truly an amazing experience. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The amenities were immaculate, and the attention to detail really stood out. To finish off our stay, we enjoyed a massage, which was absolutely incredible and the perfect way to relax. We also took part in a tour of the mansion, which was a fantastic experience. The mansion itself is stunning, and the rose gardens and surrounding grounds are simply beautiful. The food was amazing, and every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special and memorable getaway.

Overall a great visit on a jam packed stay! Refined the luxury escape deal! Easy check in, helpful staff. The room was good, but had a damp smell. Probably because the ventilation in the bathroom was minimal, no window, low performing extractor. The fridge didn't work but the staff at the front desk got onto it straight away! They were excellent all weekend. The spa was great, we enjoyed a swim and just relaxing on the loungers reading. It was a favourite part of the weekend 😊 We did the luxury escape deal so enjoyed free entry into the mansion and wine tasting at Shadow Fax right next door (maybe everyone gets that anyway!). Both experiences were lovely and recommend both. We also had a treatment at the spa on the deal which was interesting, fun to do but not something I would do again. But that's a personal preference - the staff and facilities were excellent, clean and well presented so worth doing other treatments. Breakfast was buffet style - all good but the usually line ups etc so nothing to rave about. The only disappointing thing was the dinner at Joseph's. We thought the food missed the mark, plus some dishes were sold out though we had dinner at 7.30. Shadow Fax was a much better foodie experience, flavoursome though not as fancy. A great stay all in all!
