Bunnings Sunbury

1pm on a Sunday at Bunnings Sunbury and they can't provide a proper kids pack because they have no mini sausage rolls or party pies. Plenty of full size pies and sausage rolls in pie warmer but can't cut a sausage roll in half for the kids pack. Can't just throw in a large sausage roll to complete the kids pack. FFS put some mini pies/sausage rolls in the pie warmer or dont have kids pack on the menu. Staff are like robots and can't make a common sense decision because they are controlled by management and treated like kids.Oh we can still give U a kids pack at full price but it won't come with a sausage roll. FFS. It will cost U $10+ for a a full size sausage roll to be added the kids pack ((which is normally about $5).

Quick in and out for a special mechanical part. Got instant service from a knowledgeable assistant and back in the car within 5 minutes. Couldn't ask for better.

Leah at service desk was incredibly helpful and lovely! Assisted me with cutting some keys and even popped the keys onto a new key chain for me as I wasn’t able to with my nails!

Bunnings’ Price Match and Beat by 10% policy is honestly nonsense. I provided clear evidence of a cheaper price advertised online, yet they refused to honour it because the competitor had a delivery fee — even though Bunnings’ delivery fee would have been exactly the same. Like many customers, I do most of my shopping online, and delivery costs are a standard part of online purchasing. Ignoring this reality makes the policy misleading at best. Advertising a "price match and beat" policy and then hiding behind technicalities is extremely disappointing and feels like false advertising. As a long-term customer, I find Bunnings’ conduct in this situation absolutely pathetic and a clear reason to take my business elsewhere.

Chelsea from the timber department was amazing today to complete my timber order. She ran around like a headless chook to help and organise the stock and delivery for Saturday.

I love going to bunnings but I wish they had some smaller trolleys like supermarket size. We not all buying huge stuff.

Good customer service and friendly staff. The store is clean and supplies all necessary products expected from Bunnings at a reasonable price. Recommend.
