Best IGA Experience Ever! IGA Romeo Summer Hill is hands down the best IGA store I’ve been to, the design and atmosphere are absolutely amazing. A big thanks to Manager Marcus for approving a late sale, such a smart and customer-focused move. Special mention to the two beautiful and kind ladies, Puja and Asha, who went above and beyond to cook us six orders of pork crackling for our special dinner gathering. Their perfectly crispy pork crackling never fails to become the star of every meal and special occasion! Excellent service, delicious food, and a stunning store , truly five-star worthy.

Hello! I just wanted to pass on a quick compliment about your staff member Lyn, who was working in the fast checkout this morning. Every single time I’ve come in since moving here two years ago, she has been absolutely wonderful, consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm. Never had a bad experience with her, which is crazy since we all have bad days and yet you would never know it with Lyn. I’ve been meaning to write this for quite some time because I always leave IGA with a smile on my face after seeing her, and this morning was no exception. She is honestly one of the main reasons I keep coming back and will continue to. Great work deserves recognition, and I know many locals who would wholeheartedly agree. 🙂

If you’re not getting ripped off, the produce is disgusting. IGA is ignored too often in the Australian supermarket rip off conversation, they are the worst for cost and quality!

IGA Summer Hill offers a wide variety of choices, including a bakery, cheese and deli sections, a Chinese market, fresh seafood and butchery, and a flower shop. Some items are a bit more expensive, but there are also quite a few that are very reasonably priced.

Best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Angelica, the deli manager, looked after the catering for my movie production with excellent care. She has always been professional, understanding, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, always on top of everything. Their salad catering trays fed my film crew for almost 5 months. And people couldn't be happier about it. The food is fresh, delicious, with an excellent nutritional balance and a great variety of choices. Their menu may change but, if it's still there, you have to try the kale and edamame salad. I am now addicted to it. Thank you so much Angelica, and thank you to your team, for your amazing work and support. We couldn't have done this without you.

I moved out of the area years ago so was really happy to see the growth and improvement of the store. It still fits the local area perfectly though. A good selection across all produce areas and brands you don't see anywhere else.

Great place especially for cheese lovers! You can purchase there Sonoma bread. The place also offers precooked meals, which you can take home and reheat. Fresh sushi available.
