Visited for the first time in 2022 for orchid supplies (Orchiata bark specifically) and have been returning multiple times since. They stock quality supplies that Bunnings do not sell and for the items that Bunnings does sell, they are priced same if not cheaper. However it's not just the prices and specialised products I return for, it is for the customer service. I message Anthony prior to visiting and stock is checked and put aside for me. In store, staff and generous with their knowledge and take the time to take care of you. Always polite.

I purchased a large hydro tray- no holes to actually use as a litter tray for my large rabbit. It is the perfect size and it arrived super quickly. Thank you

BEWARE I ordered and paid for items mid July.I received a confirmation email saying the items would be shipped shortly.I have since received no shipping update and no items.I am in Victoria so distance cannot be the problem. More worryingly I get a disconnected sound when I call the service number and have received no reply to 2 emails requesting an update. Is this company even real?

This place they have very good products and the description matches what the product can do to the satisfaction of the customers, they have very good customer service and extra Fast delivery, I do recommend my relatives friends and everyone else to do business with them for all the good things they have and offer 👍
