Choice The Discount Store Southport

Good clean store in general ..checkout staff usually efficient and polite. One exception the young girl manager last year was little rude on a faulty refund and another girl manager recently told me wrong information. Plus as a discount store looking for a bargain they should not charge %fee on their eftpos machine for transactions ! But more positives than negatives on this store at Southport!

I was in there this afternoon I brought Christmas rotation Santa workshop. And the box already unopened I brought it got to my car and throught better have a look luckily I did it was completely broken. I took it back the Asian lady Anna her name try telling me it old stock two years ago I know it not every Christmas I go in never seen it or never seen her either liar she was. And I go in there almost all the time and not same staff's new staff's and they are no help and not the best staff's including, Anna. I told her last person brought this already broken and you knew it was put back on the shelf for someone like me to buy agan. And no doubt you put back on the shelf for next person to buy she give a smirk like yeah I am people's like her shouldn't allowed to work in any stores tomorrow. I going

Very poor customer service, was overcharged for 2 items, when it was brought to Sam's (Employee) attention he stated to my wife, just buy another pair, when we said no, he got very pissed off, called for another employee whom then wanted to argue with us over exchanging products, we explained our situation but she just didn't want to help at all. amazing I went in with a list of about 15 things I needed to buy that day from various stores, and low and behold I got 90% of everything I needed at this store Above having everything you need, they even have garden sculptures of a gargoyle! Everything under the kitchen sink at reasonable prices for the little things you need around the home Hundred percent recommend going to this particular store, they have Exceptional Customer Service as well

There are literally any kinds of daily necessities here and some confectionery near the counter.

The shop is good and all prices are great but the fibre-one lemon cakes had a discount but when I was checking the product it has expired like ten days ago, at least care about people's health before making sales.

Please check your receipt before you leave the store, asian man with black hair is very rude and also charge me for handwash I did not even buy. I do not think this was an accident as a lot of reviews of similar things happening. When I asked for a refund they did a refund in a such a weird way, did the refund for the items I did purchase but not the handwash and then scanned the items I wanted to buy and discounted the dollar amount of the hand wash and charged me. Something really weird going on here. Everyone please take care when shopping here!
